About me

Full-stack, with a design brain

I like building things people actually enjoy using. I move between React interfaces, Node and .NET APIs, and Figma prototypes, and I'm happiest in a team where ideas get shipped. At university I led backend work on a reforestation tool and design work on a smart city project, and I've worked in a real codebase as a developer intern.

SPIL Glass Software, Melbourne

An Australian software company, and I worked from its Melbourne office. It builds cloud-based tools for the glass industry. Its apps help manufacturers cut waste, catch errors as they happen and keep sales growing, with customers across the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

  • Worked on the SPIL Lite Cloud API: backend development and ERP-to-database integration.
  • Built and tested inventory and pricing sync across multiple SQL Server databases, with failure tracking and retry.
  • Fixed database performance and timeout issues.
  • Demoed the finished Inventory Sync and Retry workflows and merged final changes to main before the placement ended.
  • Stack: C#, .NET, SQL Server, Dapper, REST APIs, Git, Azure DevOps.

A data-driven reforestation tool. I set up the backend environment with Docker and GitHub Actions and worked with the Data Science and GIS teams on integration.

Interactive smart city prototypes in Figma. I led the Urban Planning & Development use case and delivered eight high-fidelity prototypes.
